Exhibitor and Sponsor Bookings
Universities, institutions, and sponsors may book participation packages through the website. By completing a booking, you agree that:
- The package, city selection, and price shown at the time of booking apply to your order.
- Full payment is required to confirm and secure your booking and rate.
- All package prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Packages are non-transferable to another institution or party.
- Booking details, including booth allocation, are confirmed by our team after payment.
Pricing
Package pricing is offered in tiered booking windows (Early Bird, Extended, and Standard). The rate applicable to your booking is the rate in effect on the date payment is completed. Prices and availability are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
Payments
Payments are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway and, where offered, by bank transfer. By making a payment, you agree to provide accurate billing information and confirm you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. A confirmation and invoice will be issued once payment is received.
Cancellation and Refunds
Exhibitor and sponsor package fees are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, fees will not be returned, including in the event of non-attendance or withdrawal. In the unlikely event that the organiser cancels the event entirely, we will contact affected participants regarding the appropriate resolution.
Use of the Website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Interfere with the security or operation of the website.
