Yes. Entry is completely free for all students, parents, and teachers at every city venue. There is no ticket charge.
Registration is free and takes under a minute. It is not mandatory, but we strongly recommend it. Registering gets you faster entry, event reminders, and quicker matching to the right counsellors and university booths on the day.
Any student considering higher education, from O and A Level students to those planning postgraduate study, along with their parents and teachers. Our counselling is tailored to wherever you are in your academic journey.
Yes, and we encourage it. Cost, course, and country are decisions families make together, so the day is designed for parents and students to plan side by side.
Yes. Representatives from international and local institutions attend in person, so you can ask about admissions, scholarships, and programmes directly, and receive on-spot counselling.
A copy of your latest transcript or result if you have one, something to take notes on, and a short list of the questions you most want answered. That is enough to make the visit worthwhile.
Whichever is nearest to you. The expo runs the same full-day format in Lahore, Islamabad, and Karachi, so there is no need to attend more than one.
No. One-on-one counselling with the CAPS team on event day is included and completely free.
Every package includes a dedicated exhibition booth, university branding at your booth, full-day access to student foot traffic, a listing among participating institutions, and pre-event branding ahead of your chosen date.
Yes. Packages are available for one, two, or all three cities. Multi-city bookings carry a lower per-city rate.
There are three booking windows: Early Bird (best rate, until July 15), Extended (until August 30), and Standard (from September 1). Rates rise at each window, so booking earlier saves more.
No. All package prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Select your package, confirm booth allocation and city selection with our expo team, and complete full payment before your deadline. Payment locks in your rate.
Yes. For groups of three or more institutions booking together, request our separate Consortium Proposal.
