This policy explains the terms for payments, cancellations, and refunds for bookings made through the Education Expo 2026 website at educationexpo.thecityschool.edu.pk, operated by The City School (Pvt) Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By completing a paid booking, you agree to this policy.
What This Policy Covers
Payments on this website apply only to universities, institutions, and sponsors booking participation packages or sponsorship for Education Expo 2026. Attendance for students, parents, and educators is free and does not involve any payment, so this policy does not apply to attendee registration.
Because Education Expo 2026 is an event-based service and not a physical product, no goods are shipped or returned. “Return” in the context of this website refers only to the reversal of a booking, which is governed by the cancellation and refund terms below.
Payment Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only once full payment has been received. On confirmation, we issue an invoice and, where applicable, a booth allocation. The price payable is the rate in effect on the date payment is completed.
Cancellation by the Participant
If you wish to cancel a confirmed booking, you must notify us in writing at caps@csn.edu.pk.
Participation package and sponsorship fees are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, fees will not be returned, including in cases of cancellation, withdrawal, or non-attendance on the event day. Packages are also non-transferable to another institution or party.
Cancellation by the Organiser
If The City School (Pvt) Ltd cancels the entire event, we will contact all affected participants directly to arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include rescheduling participation to a revised date. Any resolution in this situation will be communicated in writing.
The organiser is not responsible for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural events, government restrictions, or other force majeure, that may require changes to the event’s dates, venues, or format.
Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
If you believe you have been charged in error, or a payment has been duplicated, contact us within seven (7) days of the transaction at caps@csn.edu.pk with your payment reference. We will review verified cases of genuine duplicate or incorrect charges and process a correction where appropriate.
How Refunds Are Processed
Where a refund is approved under this policy (for example, an organiser cancellation or a verified duplicate charge), it will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking. Refunds are processed through our payment gateway or by bank transfer, and the time to appear in your account depends on your bank or card provider.
